ECJ Partners Elizabeth Dryden and Pooja Nair Named to Southern California Rising Stars List

Her practice experience includes extensive representation of institutional and non-institutional lenders, property owners and developers, private equity investors and high-net worth individuals across all asset classes. With a strong background in finance, Elizabeth specializes in structuring and negotiating real estate finance transactions, including first mortgage loans, mezzanine and other subordinate loans, preferred equity and joint venture structures, syndicated credit facilities, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae loans, bridge loans and construction loans.
Pooja Nair, Business Litigation – Pooja is a business litigator and problem solver with a focus on the food and beverage sector. She advises food and beverage clients, startups and other businesses on a comprehensive range of issues, including employment, trade secrets, partnership disputes, contract negotiations and intellectual property. Pooja focuses on finding creative, long-term solutions to the business problems affecting companies of all sizes, from startups to publicly traded entities. She combines litigation experience with a strategic perspective, so that legal decisions make sense on a business level.
