Kelly Scott, Partner and Chair of ECJ's Employment Law Department, and Pooja Nair, Partner and Chair of ECJ’s Food, Beverage and Hospitality Department, co-authored the article, "Wear A Mask, Not A Blindfold: Returning To Work Post-Pandemic," which was featured on the cover of the July 2021 edition of the California Labor & Employment Law Review, a California Lawyers Association publication.

Their article details some of the most critical employment law issues that California employers are currently facing, including vaccination guidelines, safety protocols, remote work, supplemental paid leave and right of recall. Kelly and Pooja also strongly urge employers to take into account all the obligations under local, state and federal law as they welcome employees back to the workplace.
