Wear a Mask, Not a Blindfold: Navigating Workplace Issues During the Pandemic

Kelly Scott, Partner and Chair of ECJ's Employment Law Department, and Pooja Nair, Partner and Chair of ECJ’s Food, Beverage and Hospitality Department, co-authored the article, "Wear a Mask, Not a Blindfold: Navigating Workplace Issues During the Pandemic," which was featured in the September issue of the Association of Workplace Investigators' official publication, The AWI Journal. 

Their article details employment law issues that California employers are currently facing, including vaccination guidelines, remote work, reluctant employees and right of recall law.
