When Breaking Up Is Hard, Call A Partition Referee

Byron Moldo, partner in the Bankruptcy and Reorganization department, pens the article "When Breaking Up is Hard, Call A Partition Referee," for Law360.

In this article, Moldo brings perspective to an issue we unfortunately hear about all too often, but don't always know the right person to call.
