Overview
Julie represents property owners, sponsors, developers and borrowers in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, exchanges, development, financing, loan modifications and other transactions involving real property. Julie’s approach to working with clients is focused on finding ways to gets deals done while mitigating the legal risks and meeting the business needs of her clients.
Julie has significant experience representing clients in complex real estate transactions involving the following types of properties:
- Commercial – office buildings, retail, mixed-use projects and hotels
- Multi-family projects
- Industrial projects
- Charter schools
Prior to joining ECJ, Julie was in-house counsel at Wireless Capital Partners, an investment company in the wireless industry, where her practice focused on lease and easement buyouts and asset management.
