Overview

Aaron has over 20 years of experience in patent law. His practice focuses on strategic patent counseling, patent prosecution, patent litigation, reexamination and inter partes review, and patentability and infringement analysis. He has worked on protecting inventions in a wide variety of industries, including medical devices, software, aerospace, automotive, construction, manufacturing, fitness products, consumer products, packaging, and tools. He has successfully invalidated and weakened numerous competitor’s patents, as well as protecting those of his clients. Aaron has worked with numerous clients in identifying inventions and avoiding infringement in new product designs.

Prior to joining the firm, Aaron was an associate professor of physics at Santa Monica College and a research engineer at General Electric Power Systems. Aaron also worked as an analyst, authoring PCT international search reports and written opinions. Aaron is named inventor on four U.S. patents.
