Overview
Sherwood Sheen is an Associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. He represents businesses and individuals throughout Southern California in a broad range of commercial disputes and supports clients at every stage of the litigation and dispute resolution process.
Sherwood maintains a diverse litigation and investigations practice, with experience spanning employment matters, data breach class actions, insurance disputes, regulatory inquiries and complex civil litigation. He has contributed to all phases of litigation, including motion practice, discovery strategy, mediation preparation and government investigations before federal agencies.
Prior to practicing law, Sherwood served in the U.S. Army, 2nd Infantry Division as a combat medic and translator. He earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School and was a point guard for Stanford Law’s inaugural basketball team. He received his B.A., cum laude, in Philosophy from the University of Chicago.
