Stephen J. Stanley

Stephen J. Stanley is an Associate in the Real Estate Department, where he represents clients in complex transactional real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, development projects, and joint ventures. His experience spans multimillion-dollar deals across office, retail, hospitality, medical facilities, and mixed-use assets nationwide. Dedicated to community service, Stephen also maintained an active pro bono practice, assisting clients with estate probate and related property transfers. He earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law and is admitted to practice in California and Pennsylvania.
