Partner Jason Haas Earns Artificial Intelligence Certification

Partner Jason Haas has earned the certified Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) credential through the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). The AIGP certification highlights Haas's ability to advise clients on how to build, use and manage AI in ways that prevent unnecessary risk or harm to their organization, its customers and the public as well as to address the wide range of emerging disputes that relate to AI. He joins the ranks of an elite community of qualified AI governance professionals who are working to establish trustworthy, safe and responsible AI worldwide.

His pragmatic approach to dispute resolution is an invaluable asset to the firm.

A leader in the intersection of technology and the law inside and outside of the courtroom, Haas currently serves on the Board of Directors of ITechLaw, the leading international technical law association for legal professionals. He previously served as both chair of its Dispute Resolution Committee and as co-chair for the ITechLaw World Technology Law Conference hosted in Toronto, Canada in May 2023.
