Overview
Taylor A. Carico’s practice is dedicated to estate planning, as well as the administration of trusts and probate estates.
Taylor represents individuals and fiduciaries in each phase of the post-death administration of probate estates and Trusts. Her representation includes matters that are heard in the probate court.
Additionally, Taylor specializes in counseling clients in the transfer of wealth upon death (and during lifetime) through various estate planning instruments (including Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney).
Taylor is certified by the State Bar of California as a Legal Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate law. Taylor has her LLM in Estate Planning.
Taylor graduated cum laude from American University Washington College of Law in 2015. While in law school, Taylor was a student attorney in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, and interned for the Department of Justice – Civil Rights Division and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Prior to law school, Taylor was a professional volleyball player in Cyprus and Switzerland. She attended the University of Southern California where she was a Division I All-American and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.A. in Political Science where she was a Division I All-American and Final Four participant.
