Overview

Emily is an Associate in Ervin Cohen & Jessup’s Litigation Department. Her practice focuses on commercial civil litigation, including contractual disputes, trust and estate matters, and trade secret litigation. She represents clients in both state and federal courts and brings a detail-oriented, solutions-driven approach to every matter.

Before joining ECJ, Emily served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Magistrate Judge Spaeth in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California and worked as a Law Clerk for CMG Worldwide. She also gained industry experience through roles with NBCUniversal, Discovery, Inc., and the Screen Actors Guild Awards.

Emily earned her J.D. from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the UC Irvine Law Review, was recognized as Best Oralist in the UCI Moot Court program, and worked as a Research Assistant.

She is also committed to public service, having volunteered with Catholic Charities of Orange County on immigration hardship waivers and engaged in community advocacy through local city council public comment initiatives.
