Nathalie K. Phillips is a litigation attorney with experience representing clients in a broad range of civil and commercial matters. Her practice includes handling disputes involving contracts, business entities, real property, employment, and intellectual property. She is admitted to practice in both New York and Texas and is eligible to practice in all UBE jurisdictions.

Prior to joining Ervin Cohen & Jessup LLP, Nathalie practiced as a Litigation Associate at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C., where she represented individuals and companies in complex disputes before state and federal courts. Nathalie brings a strategic approach to every matter, combining cross-jurisdictional insight with a strong commitment to client advocacy. She is fluent in five languages including; English, Spanish, Dutch, and Chaldean-Aramic.
