ECJ's Food, Beverage and Hospitality Department will host a series of industry-focused fireside chats where ECJ attorneys from a variety of practice areas will provide timely updates and insights to help companies recover from the impact of the coronavirus pandemic and move forward.

In the first installment of this series, Food, Beverage and Hospitality group attorneys Pooja Nair and Elliot Kermani will discuss critical questions for both food and beverage startups and established businesses. Topics will include best practices for structuring the business, common pitfalls of fundraising and capitalization - and how to avoid them, and protecting your brand. 

Entrepreneurs are encouraged to submit questions in advance so we can be sure to cover all of the topics that are important to you!
