Seeing 20/20 in 2020: A Look at the New Employment Laws for This Year

Kelly O. Scott, Partner and head of ECJ’s Employment Law Department, will be speaking at the 2020 Professionals in Human Resources Association’s (PIHRA) Annual Legal Update conference series. He will present “Seeing 20/20 in 2020: A Look at the New Employment Laws for This Year,” covering recent legislative developments that have been drafted into law in 2020, as well as some of last year’s most important case law, that are sure to change business practices in 2020 and beyond.

The conference series will take place in multiple locations across Southern California in late January as follows:

January 22 – Riverside
January 23 – La Jolla
January 28 – Anaheim
January 30 – Burbank
