Peter S. Selvin, Chair of ECJ's Insurance Coverage and Recovery Department, will present the upcoming Litigation Counsel of America-hosted webinar, "Insurance Coverage and Recovery Developments in the Post-COVID World.” This presentation will explore the circumstances where insurance has covered COVID-related risks. He'll also address how the COVID pandemic has affected the litigation of insurance coverage disputes.
