Vanja Habekovic and Gary Michel to Present Equity Compensation Program to BHBA
ECJ attorneys Vanja Habekovic and Gary Michel will be presenting the MCLE program “Equity Compensation in Corporations & Partnerships” to the Beverly Hills Bar Association on Thursday, November 20, 2014.
Their presentation will cover the basics of equity compensation as well as some more in depth tips, tricks, and traps of structuring equity compensation and getting equity to employees tax deferred.
Vanja Habekovic is Of Counsel to ECJ’s Tax and Corporate Law Departments. Vanja’s practice encompasses a wide variety of tax matters for businesses and individuals including partnership, corporate and individual taxation issues, international tax planning, entity formation, and mergers and acquisitions. Vanja has represented clients in the real estate, entertainment, and healthcare industries.
