Partner Pooja Nair Quoted in Modern Restaurant Management Magazine on Third-Party Delivery
Pooja S. Nair, Chair of ECJ’s Food, Beverage and Hospitality Department was recently quoted in a Modern Restaurant Management article titled, "Seven Public Policy Principles for Third-Party Delivery."
The article discusses the principles designed by the National Restaurant Association, in partnership with third-party delivery companies. The restaurant industry and the third-party delivery platforms came together for the first time to release seven public policy principles to guide national policy decisions. Pooja points out that since large delivery companies operate on a national scale, "once a major market sets a policy, it makes sense for them to enact some version of that policy for all markets."
