Employment Partner Kelly Scott Quoted in The Real Deal 

Kelly O. Scott, Partner and Chair of Ervin Cohen & Jessup’s Employment Law Department, was recently quoted in The Real DeaI’s article "Onni Fired General Counsel for Refusing to Work From Office: Lawsuit."  

The article discusses a lawsuit involving LA developer Onni Group and its former general counsel for his refusal to work in the office, citing coronavirus concerns. According to Kelly, "you're supposed to allow people to work from home when possible and practical," however, the county has done little to enforce the law.
