ECJ’s litigation and employment partner Jared Slater commented on the dismissal of a former Kean University law professor’s First Amendment suit, noting that while the case narrowly met the threshold to be heard, it was never particularly strong. He explained that the procedural history suggested it may not have been the best case to bring in the first place.
