Beverly Hills, CA – [March 5, 2025] Last year, more than 70,000 authors published their insights and commentary on JD Supra, one of the premier resources for legal and business content.  Jared W. Slater, a partner in Ervin Cohen Jessup’s Labor & Employment Department, was honored by being selected for JD Supra’s 2025 Readers Choice Award for his insightful articles focusing on Alternative Dispute Resolution.

In selecting authors recognized by the Readers’ Choice Awards, JD Supra studied total visibility both among readers within specific industries and among readers across many industries interested in certain defining topics of the day. JD Supra recognized 10 authors in each category for their consistently highest readership and engagement throughout 2024, as well as the top five most-read articles in each category.

“An honor would be an understatement,” said Jared.  “My focus has been to provide employers with the latest information on the state of employment arbitrations in California, which is becoming more complicated from month-to-month. I am grateful that others interested this topic have been so engaged with my content and I hope it has helped others inform best practices in their respective industries.”
