Chief among his strengths is his ability to counsel clients and help achieve strategic business solutions.

Alice advises on, litigates, and resolves a wide range of real estate and business disputes, including claims involving corporate governance and breach of fiduciary duty. She regularly works in both state and federal court and has experience representing clients in arbitration and mediation.
