Peter S. Selvin, Partner in ECJ's Litigation Department, published an article in the May 2020 edition of the International Bar Association's Litigation Newsletter. His article titled, "California Court Declines Enforcement of Choice of Forum and Choice of Law Provisions, Citing Right to Jury Trial" discusses the enforcement of choice of law and arbitration provisions in the context of international litigation.  

Peter is a business trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. While he specializes in the areas of insurance coverage and international litigation, his experience has touched many different areas of law, including real estate, intellectual property and professional liability disputes.
