Partner Peter Selvin Authors Article In The International Bar Association's November Litigation Newsletter
Peter S. Selvin, Partner and Chair of ECJ's Insurance Coverage and Recovery Department, published an article in the November 2020 edition of the International Bar Association's Litigation Newsletter. His article titled, "Litigation Practice Meets Covid – The View From California" discusses the lasting impact COVID-19 has on the way litigation lawyers practice and how to manage in this environment.
Peter is a business trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience. While he specializes in the areas of insurance coverage and international litigation, his experience has touched many different areas of law, including real estate, intellectual property and professional liability disputes. Within those areas, Peter’s practice includes both trying cases and counseling clients on how to avoid litigation.
