Morgan Kutzner is an Associate in the Litigation Department.

Morgan’s practice is focused on representing businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes. Morgan has experience litigating cases involving contract disputes, business torts, employment disputes, trademarks, copyrights, products liability, construction, real estate, and other complex commercial matters. Morgan appears regularly in federal and state courts and has experience in conducting research, drafting pleadings and motions, attending hearings, and handling discovery.

Morgan was the Chief Production Editor and an Executive Board Member of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review. Morgan also acted as a member of the Scott Moot Court Honors Board, the American Bar Association Moot Court Team, and the Williams Institute Moot Court Team for Loyola Law School.
