Zoe Vallier is an Associate in the Litigation Department.

Zoe’s litigation practice reflects her dedication to providing clients with high-quality work as a creative problem-solver. She has experience in drafting motions, attending hearings, handling discovery documents and responses and conducting research.

She has engaged in arbitration tribunals, handling disputes involving commercial transactions, employment issues, antitrust issues, white-collar criminal defense, and class action. She was also a member of a team that litigated liability and damage estimation issues against Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) on behalf of 75,000 victims of the 2017 and 2018 northern California wildfires which resulted in a $13.5 billion settlement on behalf of wildfire victims.

Representative Matters

Represented Fortune 500 company in a breach of contract action in the Southern District of New York, where, following a two-week trial, the jury awarded our client the full requested amount of $8.6 million and rejected the defendant’s $212 million counterclaim.  With interest and attorneys’ fees, the court entered judgment in favor of client in the sum of approximately $22 million.
