Overview
Ani is an Associate in the Corporate Department.
Ani advises founders, emerging growth companies, and middle-market businesses on a broad range of transactional and general corporate matters, including corporate governance and formation, venture capital and other financings, mergers and acquisitions. Ani's clients span the technology, media and entertainment, clean energy, e-commerce, manufacturing, professional services, and consumer products industries.
Beyond her legal practice, Ani is committed to her community and professional development. She serves as President of the Armenian Professional Society and actively mentors undergraduate and law students, providing guidance on career development and the path to practicing law.
Prior to her legal career, Ani served as a Program Manager at UCLA Anderson School of Management's Executive Education division, where she oversaw leadership and management programs for major corporate clients. That background gives her a practical, business-minded perspective she brings to every client engagement.
Ani has been recognized as a rising voice in the legal profession, having been named to the “Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch” list.
