Overview
Matthew S. Blum is a seasoned litigator and trial attorney with extensive experience in complex commercial, financial, and real estate litigation. He has represented clients in more than fifty trials through judgment and appeal, including matters before all four New York Appellate Departments and the California Court of Appeals.
Blum has represented Fortune 250 companies, closely-held businesses, financial institutions, government agencies, and other corporate clients in a wide array of matters, including securities and financial disputes, mergers and acquisitions, business dissolution, intellectual property, RICO, and real estate litigation.
In addition to litigation, Blum advises credit unions, lenders, and domestic and international businesses on financial products, corporate structures, and intellectual property. He leverages his M.B.A. in Corporate Finance and prior software development experience to manage complex eDiscovery projects and develop innovative solutions for clients.
Before joining ECJ, Blum was Principal of the Blum Law Group and a Member of Rosenberg & Estis, P.C.
