Peter Selvin, Partner and Chair of ECJ's Insurance Coverage and Recovery Department, and Elliot Chen will be presenting, "Where Technology Meets Insurance: Coverage for Data Breaches, Email Scams and Cybercrimes" on Monday, April 3rd 12:30 P.M. - 1:30 P.M. PST. at the Beverly Hills Bar Association. 
 
This CLE course will discuss opportunities for insurance coverage for losses arising from data breaches and email scams, where companies may be duped into wiring money to fraudsters who impersonate either company executives or outside vendors. In addition, they will discuss insurance coverage opportunities for claims involving the misuse of biometric information.
