Upcoming Seminar: Pathway to Violence Training

Violent acts in our communities and in the workplace are a growing risk in our world today. These threats appear in many forms: mass shootings, workplace violence, and violence at our school campuses and around our communities. The mindset of an individual who chooses to commit these acts may never be fully understood; there are, however, similar patterns and a pathway which has lead these individuals to commit such acts. With training and understanding of this pathway, HR managers, supervisors, and employees will be better able to recognize, identify and intervene before these violent acts take place.

The current body of evidence all points to prevention as a viable solution to stopping these attacks. In order to further this solution, there must be more emphasis on training and raising awareness of the predictable behaviors demonstrated by those headed toward violence.

OMEGA International Group Inc. will present “Pathways to Violence” and explain how pre-indicators, behavioral-based observations and early intervention can help prevent such violent acts before they occur.
