Kelly Scott Selected as Presenter for the 2019 California Human Resource Conference
Kelly O. Scott, Partner and Chair of Ervin Cohen & Jessup’s Employment Law Department, has been selected to speak at the California Human Resource (CAHR) 2019 Conference. Kelly’s presentation, “Seeing 20/20 in 2020: A Look at the New Employment Laws Coming Next Year,” will cover the recent legislative developments likely to become law in 2020, as well as the year’s most important case law to date that is sure to change your business practices for 2020 and beyond.
