Employment Law Seminar: Investigations
05.16.2019
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Seminar Time: 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Under the FEHA regulations, all California employers with five or more employees must ensure that they have proper procedures in place to investigate claims of discrimination, harassment, or retaliation that meet the state’s standards. These regulations require that all allegations of misconduct will be addressed through a fair, timely, and thorough investigation, and that the investigation be conducted by qualified personnel.

Join ECJ for its upcoming seminar that will guide you through all of the steps and considerations of an effective – and legally compliant – internal investigation.
