What Would You Do? Active Shooter Training Luncheon
RUN, HIDE, FIGHT
The active shooter scenario is one of the most serious emerging threats facing society. Incidents involving active shooters are on the rise and are becoming deadlier and more violent. Although there is no way to accurately predict who will become an active shooter or when, the protection of the organization and its employees begins by empowering each individual to take action to decide whether they should run, hide, or fight the attacker(s).

The simple, yet effective process is easy to remember and offers the employee a fundamental methodology that can be implemented when under the extreme stress of an Active Shooter scenario. The ability to act decisively has proven to increase the chances of surviving such a traumatic attack.

Join us at ECJ for lunch with OMEGA International Group’s David Perez(Founder/CEO) and Eddie Hernandez(Managing Partner) in this introductory course, designed to teach participants how to implement the run, hide, fight options recommended by the Office of Homeland Security. This training is suitable for individuals, business owners, corporate managers, school administrators and employees.
