Sonia Singh Elected to the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum Board 

Sonia Singh, an attorney in ECJ's Bankruptcy, Receivership and Creditors’ Rights Practice Group, has been elected to serve on the Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum board for the 2021-2022 term. As a board member, Sonia will work to carry out the organization's mission to be the leading educational and networking resource for bankruptcy and insolvency professionals in the Central District of California.

The Los Angeles Bankruptcy Forum's objective is to provide both educational programs and a forum for collaborative development of bankruptcy practices regarding law, proposed legislation, rules and regulations, all while promoting the highest standards and practices in the field.

Sonia has experience representing trustees, debtors and individual creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy matters. Her areas of representation include prosecuting and defending avoidance actions, dischargeability of debt issues, asset sales and claims disputes.
