Randy Leff, ECJ's Co-Managing Partner and Partner in the Firm’s Litigation Department, was featured in the June 21, 2021 Los Angeles Business Journal article, "Law Firms Help Businesses Navigate Return to Office."

The article discusses law firms' reactions to the drop of statewide pandemic-related restrictions and what that means for returning to the office. With the constantly changing policies, lack of predictability and even conflicting messages, businesses have had to remain vigilant as they navigate the many challenges of compliance.

Randy points out that there are many factors to consider when deciding how and when to return to the office. "It’s hard to maintain, promote and develop a culture remotely . . . It’s a really important thing for businesses to think about. This is going to be defining your culture going forward.”
