Kelly Scott Quoted in Daily Journal Discussing New Wage Theft Class Action

Nine separate class actions have been filed in the past three months alleging that employers such as Gap, Inc. and Abercrombie & Fitch Co. have failed to properly pay employees for showing up and calling in to work.
