Yasmin Azodi is an Associate in the Business, Corporate and Tax Department.

Yasmin acts as outside counsel to a wide range of businesses, including startup, family-owned and long-established companies. Her experience includes:

  • Entity formation and reorganization
  • Corporate governance
  • Contract negotiations
  • Financing arrangements
  • Mergers and acquisitions

She represents companies across various industries, including technology, real estate, entertainment and fashion.

During law school, Yasmin served as a senior editor for the Southern California Law Review and worked for the USC Gould Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, where she counseled individuals and small businesses on various intellectual property matters.

In her time outside of the office, Yasmin enjoys hiking, traveling and exploring new restaurants around Los Angeles.
