Yasmin Azodi is an Associate in the Business, Corporate and Tax Department.

Yasmin has represented financial institutions, private equity sponsors and borrowers in secured debt financings, refinancings and other financing arrangements. She has represented clients in transactions across various industries, including health care, fashion and fitness.

During law school, Yasmin served as a senior editor for the Southern California Law Review and worked for the USC Gould Intellectual Property and Technology Law Clinic, where she counseled individuals and small businesses on various intellectual property matters.
