Overview
Karen Ho is an Associate in the Litigation Department.
Karen advises clients on a wide range of issues, focusing primarily on complex commercial litigation. She has represented clients from a variety of industries, including real estate, food and healthcare. She also served as an integral member of a trial team in a landmark victory, securing a $100 million estate tax win in a case recognized as one of the “Top Verdicts of 2012” by the Daily Journal. Her pro bono experience includes asylum, foster care benefits, adoption, unlawful detainer and international cultural property litigation.
The summer after her first year of law school, Karen worked as a summer law clerk with Public Counsel in their Homelessness Prevention Law Project.
