Edward Ji is an Associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Ed’s practice focuses on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, property management, and leasing of commercial and office spaces on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
Prior to joining ECJ, Ed was a Banking and Finance Associate with Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP where he assisted major financial institutions, public and privately owned companies, and direct and alternative lenders in effectively assessing legal risks in complex secured and unsecured commercial finance transactions.
Before law school, Ed was previously a Credit Risk Senior Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in their Commercial Term Lending department where he reviewed loans for and performed due diligence on multi-family, office, industrial and retail properties.
Ed graduated with a joint Juris Doctor and Master of Real Estate Development degree from USC.
