Christine McSweeney Ciarlo is an Associate in the Real Estate Department.
Christine’s practice encompasses nearly all aspects of transactional real estate and business law. Her practice at ECJ primarily focuses on acquisitions, dispositions and asset management (including leasing and property management) of charter schools, multi-family, retail, office and industrial asset classes. She also has experience in the preparation and negotiation of construction agreements (both AIA and custom agreements) on the owner/developer’s side for the construction of commercial, multi-family and high-end residential properties.
Prior to joining ECJ, Christine served as in-house counsel for a privately owned commercial and residential real estate company in Los Angeles, where her practice focused on land-use and entitlement strategy; lease negotiations; acquisitions & sales; and complex business litigation. Christine primarily advised the company in its active expansion into mixed-use development projects in the greater Los Angeles area.
