Alex worked in large, international law firms in London and Hong Kong where he had a diverse corporate and US securities law practice focused on representing a variety of corporate and investor clients in cross-border transactions and corporate governance matters , including capital markets issuances, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and SEC reporting matters.
