Welcome to our private remote connection page!

From this page you can connect to RDP or Outlook Web Access. Or, if there has been an Internet/Router outage, you can use the Alternate Connections to access the firm, or connect to our Mimecast Email Portal to access your email. In the event of a disaster, you can download the instructions for connecting to the Disaster Site.

Remote Desktop (RDP)

For Windows:If you’re connecting to ECJ Remote using Windows, follow these steps:

  1. Select Remote1 to connect using Office 2003
  2. Select Remote2 to connect using Office 2010 (this is what you currently use in the office)
  3. Select “Open.”
  4. For your first time connecting, type ECJLAW\ before your user name (you only need do this once).

For Macintosh:If you’re connecting to ECJ Remote using Mac OS, follow these steps (iPads cannot use these links):

  1. Download RDC for Macintosh
  2. Read the Install & Connect Instructions
  3. Click on Apple1 to connect using Office 2003
  4. Click on Apple2 to connect using Office 2010
  5. For your first time connecting, type ECJLAW\ before your user name (you only need do this once).

          

Outlook Web Access

If you only want to access your e-mail, connect to ECJ Outlook Web Access by clicking the Outlook WebApp icon below.  At the OWA login page, type in your office credentials.  The login page will display like the icon below.  [See Outlook Web Access User Guide for user help.]

  

 

Alternate Connections

DO NOT USE THESE UNLESS AUTHORIZED TO DO SO BY ECJ ADMINISTRATION! Click any of the icons below to access your preferred connection to the office.

                   

 

MIMECAST Email Portal

When the office is inaccessible — either due to a network or ISP outage, or simply due to Network maintenance, you can always access your Outlook Inbox and Sent Items (only these two) via your Mimecast Email Portal. After the network is online, everything in the Mimecast portal is synced to your office Outlook account.

To access, click the Mimecast icon below; at the login page, enter your email address (jdoe@ecjlaw.com) and your password used in the office.  [For detailed instructions, please see Mimecast Personal Portal User Guide.]

 

iTIMEKEEP

Droid/Kindle users can access the iTimekeep site via their installed Droid/Kindle browser (only Chrome or Safari is compatible).  Browse to https://webapps.bellefield.com.  (You can save this page as a shortcut on your device.)  Touch the iTimekeep icon, and then enter your firm email address and iTimeKeep password.  Once you have entered time, simply close the browser to logout.

DO NOT ACCESS THE DISASTER SITE UNLESS AUTHORIZED TO DO SO BY ECJ ADMINISTRATION!

To access the ECJ Disaster site please download the Disaster Site User Guide for connection instructions.  You will need the IP ADDRESS for the DR RDP server to use the guide; that Address is:  [to be supplied only in the event of a disaster].
