In this article, Moldo brings perspective to an issue we unfortunately hear about all too often, but don't always know the right person to call. A partnership dissolves a business, parties are forced to part with property, or a marriage breaks up, and one party is "too damned stubborn (or wealthy) to try to work things out." In comes the partition referee. A court appointed superhero who pushes past all of the stubbornness, implements the court’s orders and gets things done. Not a job for the faint of heart.
