Rodney C. Lee is an associate in ECJ's Litigation and Employment Law Departments.  Mr. Lee's areas of practice include general business litigation as well as representation of employers in all types of employment related matters, including counseling on wage and hour compliance, drafting employee policy manuals and representing and advising employers in litigation.

Mr. Lee received his Juris Doctor degree from Pepperdine School of Law in 2001.  Mr. Lee received his undergraduate degree in History, with honors, from UCLA in 1998.  While attending UCLA, Mr. Lee also played football as a wide receiver for the Bruins.  In those four years, UCLA won two Pacific Ten Championships, attended three post season bowl games and never lost to cross-town rival USC.  In 1998, Mr. Lee was awarded the Jack R. Robinson Award for All Around Excellence.

Mr. Lee is a member of the State Bar of California and a member of the American and California Bar Associations.   He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Mr. Lee has authored case briefs for the American Bar Association's Business Torts Newsletter and is a frequent author of ECJ's Employment Law Reporter.
