Lauralee Gooch is an associate in ECJ’s Business and Corporate Law Department. Ms. Gooch’s practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including business formation, structure and governance, mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings, and general business and corporate counseling.

Representative clients include public and private companies in a broad range of industries including aerospace, entertainment, healthcare, professional services, and new media.

Ms. Gooch has done pro bono work for the Anti-Defamation League as well as Voices for African American Students.

Ms. Gooch graduated from Stanford Law School in 2005. She graduated from the University of Southern California in 2002 with degrees in political science and creative writing. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
