Vanja Habekovic

Vanja Habekovic is an associate in ECJ’s Tax and Business & Corporate Law Departments.  Her areas of practice include partnership, corporate and individual taxation, international tax planning, tax controversies, structuring entities, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, and general business law.

Ms. Habekovic is also a contributing author to ECJ’s Tax Law Reporter, a publication containing updates in tax law and related topics. 

Ms. Habekovic earned her Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School.  She is a graduate of the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with high distinction.
