Rusty Selmont is an associate in ECJ’s Litigation Department. His areas of practice include all forms of intellectual property disputes, including patent, trade secret, copyright and trademark infringement, as well as general commercial litigation matters.
Mr. Selmont graduated from Stanford University in 2003, phi beta kappa, where he received a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Biological Sciences and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Mr. Selmont received his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard Law School and became a member of the State Bar of California in 2007.
