Richard R. Cipra is a partner for ECJ’s Real Estate and Business and Corporate Law Departments. Mr. Cipra focuses on a broad range of commercial real estate and business matters including real property purchase and sale transactions, commercial leasing and mergers and acquisitions.

Mr. Cipra received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Southern California in 1998, where he was the Managing Articles Editor of the Southern California Law Review and a member of Order of the Coif. Mr. Cipra received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from USC in 1994, graduating magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.

Mr. Cipra is a member of the State Bar of California. He was honored as a Southern California Rising Star in both 2004 and 2005 by Southern California Super Lawyers. Mr. Cipra is the author of the article “There Is No Substitute For Due Diligence,” published in the November 8, 2004 edition of the Los Angeles Business Journal.
