Pateel Tavidian is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Department. Pateel’s practice focuses on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, property management, and leasing of commercial and office spaces on behalf of both landlords and tenants. Pateel also has experience with entity formation and organization, as well as representing debtors and trustees throughout insolvency proceedings.
Pateel received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles in 2015. She graduated cum laude with a B.S. in International Studies from the University of California, Irvine in 2010.
During law school, Pateel served as a Production Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review and acted as a student liaison for the Business & Corporate Law Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Julia W. Brand of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
