Leemore Kushner focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and employment law matters in both federal and state courts.

Ms. Kushner has successfully defended in trial and arbitration numerous actions asserting claims charging officers and directors with breaching their fiduciary duties, claims alleging misappropriation of trade secrets, and claims alleging misrepresentation and breach of fiduciary duty against a high-profile broker dealer. Ms. Kushner has also successfully prosecuted claims alleging copyright and trade dress infringement. She has significant experience litigating securities matters and disputes requiring complex contract interpretation, and has represented clients in a variety of government investigation matters.

In the employment context, Ms. Kushner defends businesses in class action lawsuits, counsels clients on employment law issues including wage and hour claims, and has defended companies in administrative investigations conducted by the Department of Labor.

Ms. Kushner is well-versed in current e-discovery technologies, and guides clients through the ever-changing landscape of e-discovery and information management, both prior to and during litigation or a government investigation.
