Julie Zaligson is an associate in ECJ’s Real Estate and Corporate Departments.
Ms. Zaligson’s practice includes counseling closely held businesses in all aspects of their business affairs, including business operations, structuring and negotiating terms of complex financing transactions, and advising on real estate investments and business succession planning. Ms. Zaligson also represents clients in purchase, sale and financing of commercial real estate transactions.
Ms. Zaligson is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Women’s Studies and Social Welfare in 2006. She earned her Juris Doctor degree, magna cum laude, from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. During law school, Ms. Zaligson was the recipient of a merit scholarship as well as the Hugh J. and Jacqueline M. Cosgrove Scholarship Endowment for 2010-2011. Ms. Zaligson was also a staff member of the William Mitchell Journal of Law & Practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Zaligson was in-house counsel at Wireless Capital Partners, where she assisted with cell site lease buyouts. Ms. Zaligson also practiced as an associate at Tepper & Associates.
